The Averanda complex located in Cuernavaca, Mexico was designed and built by PROARQUITECTURA S.C. and ARES Arquitectos, established Mexican architectural firms, demonstrating the fact that the financial and construction sectors are growing strongly. The architectural complex, in fact, cost 3.75 million pesos invested for the construction of 49000 square meters of building.

Located less than a kilometer from the Mexico-Acapulco motorway in a privileged area and in a strategic point of the city, the "Averanda" complex is spread over 250,000 square meters of which 110 thousand for the commercial area, 10 thousand for offices, it also consists of 180 apartments, 250 hotel rooms and 3000 car parks and it is expected to have an annual invoicing of 1,2 million pesos generating 45,000 permanent seats.

This project consolidates an important commercial center that will contribute to the efficiency of the city and will offer many services to its inhabitants.
